Positive: The location was great. We loved the view. The condo had everything that was needed as far as having a good stay, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker. Shampoo and conditioner are provided. The shower is huge and nice. The condo was clean and well kept.
Negative: The only things relative to the condo itself were the mattress on the bed was a very firm memory foam and the futon were not very comfortable for us. Those both might be perfectly suited for others. The property itself has some issues as far as repairs that need to be done. Some seem to be in the process of being done, but things like the internal walkway has been patched and is uneven in places. There are places where wires are hanging down from open ceiling/roof areas. The fire alarms were apparently not working but we did see a person once who was walking the property and stated that she was doing a “fire watch”.. But that is a property thing, and doesn’t affect the condo.
Summary: The condo is nice and the location is great. With upgrades, it will continue to be a great getaway.
